Enhanced Cooperative to Pursue Dual Listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen Stock Exchange

Enhanced Cooperative, a prominent force in the realm of athletic entertainment media, intends to publicly offer its stock on the Nasdaq Copenhagen Stock Exchange. This action will coincide with its existing presence on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.

The organization projects this dual listing to conclude by the final quarter of 2023, although this hinges on various elements, including receiving approval from Nasdaq Copenhagen and fulfilling all required listing criteria.

Enhanced Cooperative clarified that this endeavor is primarily motivated by an aim to elevate its exposure and brand awareness in Denmark, the company’s country of origin. It stressed that this dual listing will not involve generating any additional shares or influence the overall quantity of shares currently available.

Jesper Søgaard, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Cooperative, emphasized the strategic significance of this choice: “For Enhanced Cooperative, headquartered in Copenhagen and founded in Denmark, a dual listing in Denmark is a logical progression. Since our initial public offering in Sweden in 2018, we have witnessed substantial expansion, generated value for our stakeholders, and reinforced our aspiration to be a worldwide leader in athletic entertainment media.”

He continued, “Moreover, we have observed increasing interest in our organization from current and prospective Danish institutional investors, and we are confident that now is the opportune moment for a dual listing in Denmark.”

Better Collective’s CEO, Jens Bager, underscored the company’s substantial progress since its 2018 debut on the stock market. He stressed that Better Collective is more robust than ever, poised to become a global powerhouse in digital sports media.

Bager emphasized the triumph of their initial Swedish listing five years prior, noting it established a solid base for the company’s expansion. He views the choice to pursue a dual listing in their home market of Denmark as a logical progression.

He commended the leadership team, spearheaded by the company’s originators, for constructing a durable enterprise, particularly regarding its organizational framework. Bager is certain this will enable Better Collective to further amplify its footprint within the digital sports media realm. He conveyed enthusiasm about connecting with Danish investors and welcoming them to participate in their venture.
