Catena Media Acquires gg.co.uk to Strengthen UK Market Presence

Catena Media, a prominent online gaming lead generation firm headquartered in Malta, has purchased the British horse racing website gg.co.uk for $2.79 million. This calculated maneuver demonstrates Catena Media’s dedication to broadening its presence into emerging sectors and geographic regions. gg.co.uk is a reputable platform boasting a robust search engine footprint and a varied selection of offerings.

The acquisition cost of £2 million ($2.79 million) will be disbursed as a single, initial cash disbursement. The deal is projected to conclude in June 2018, at which time gg.co.uk will be completely assimilated into Catena Media.

Presently, gg.co.uk yields $2.09 million in earnings per quarter. This procurement, following closely on the heels of the BettingPro.com acquisition, further solidifies Catena Media’s standing within the UK market.

This represents Catena Media’s fifth acquisition this year. In 2017, the corporation finalized ten acquisitions, a pivotal element in its remarkable 69% revenue surge that year.
