FanDuel has elevated Carolyn Renzin to the position of Chief Legal Officer, considerably broadening her purview within the organization.
In addition to her new role, Renzin will maintain her existing duties as Chief Compliance Officer.
This advancement places Renzin at the helm of FanDuel’s legal, risk assessment, regulatory matters, conformity, and responsible gaming divisions. Her group will concentrate on guaranteeing the company sustains its emphasis on client well-being, protection, and adherence.
Renzin possesses an impressive background, having formerly held the position of Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where she supervised litigation and the activities of the General Counsel’s Office.
Before her time at JPMorgan Chase, Renzin cultivated her proficiency as a compliance advisor at Guidepost Solutions and in litigation and regulatory enforcement at the legal firm of Stillman, Friedman & Shechtman.
